- What is Vancouver Shuttle?
Vancouver Shuttle is a scheduled service from the Richmond / Airport area hotels to downtown Vancouver, Canada Place and Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminals.
We offer roundtrip service for hotel guests wishing to tour the city, one-way service to and from both Canada Place and Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminals.
We also offer service to Whistler and charter service
- How do I pay for my trip?
Fares are collected on board directly from your driver for passengers traveling from Richmond to Vancouver.
Passengers traveling from Canada Place and Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminals without reservations must purchase their tickets from the Shuttle tickets booth located inside the cruise terminal.
Vancouver Shuttle accepts both Canadian and U.S. currency and Travelers Checks. Credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex and JNC) are accepted for whistler and charter groups
Credit cards are accepted for Cruise ship groups of 10 or more.
- Where can I find a copy of your schedule?
Schedules are available at all serviced hotels, usually at the front desk. Selected hotels also display our schedule in guests rooms.

- Why doesn't the hotel have a shuttle?
Due to the distance and time to travel downtown this is not an economically viable option for each hotel to offer. All hotels do offer transportation to and from the airport for their guests.
- When is the best time to leave Richmond for the Cruise Ships?
This depends on which pier you are leaving from and what you are doing.
Canada Place Cruise Terminal is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Passengers can check in their luggage beginning at 10:00am and then feel free to wander around the city.
All passengers should be on their ship by 3:00pm.
Cruise passengers departing from Ballantyne Pier should be aware that Ballantyne is 5-8 min from downtown Vancouver. Once you arrive there is nothing to do as you are literally in the middle of the container facility.
Check in at Ballantyne begins at noon , and boarding begins at 1:00pm. We recommend not arriving before 12:30.
- Do you service both Cruise Terminals?
Yes, we offer both pick up and drop off service at Canada Place Cruise Ship terminal and Ballantyne Pier.
We also offer service from Canada Place and Ballantyne Cruise ship Terminals to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). This service is $13.00 per person
- What is the cost per person?
Summer Time Only May 1 to October 1
$10.00 per person one way to Downtown Vancouver (Seymour and Cordova Stop)
$13.00 per person one way to Canada Place or Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminal from Richmond Hotels
$13.00 per person one way from Canada Place or Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminal to Vancouver International Airport (YVR) or Richmond Hotels
- Do you offer individual fare service to Whistler?
Unfortunately we do not offer individual fare service to Whistler.
We do offer private service, for around the same price as a limo but with much more room so you can travel comfortably on the way to Whistler.
