How do I pay for my trip?

Fares are collected on board directly from your driver for passengers traveling from Richmond to Vancouver.

Passengers traveling from Canada Place and Ballantyne Cruise Ship Terminals without reservations must purchase their tickets from the Shuttle tickets booth located inside the cruise terminal.

Vancouver Shuttle accepts both Canadian and U.S. currency and Travelers Checks. Credit cards (MC, Visa, Amex and JNC) are accepted for whistler and charter groups. Credit cards are accepted for Cruise ship groups of 10 or more.

When is the best time to leave Richmond for the Cruise Ships?

his depends on which pier you are leaving from and what you are doing. Canada Place Cruise Terminal is located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. Passengers can check in their luggage beginning at 10:00am and then feel free to wander around the city. All passengers should be on their ship by 3:00pm.
